Live roaches were present, but the sheets seemed clean upon arrival.

I enjoyed the full-sized fridge in the room, perfect for keeping snacks and drinks. The beds were comfortable, which made it easier to relax after a long day. The outside of the building looked really nice, which is always a good first impression. On the downside, I couldn't believe I had to deal with live roaches shortly after checking in. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean, and I found dirt in the desk drawer. It felt like the room wasn’t properly cleaned before my arrival. Also, the Wi-Fi policy was frustrating. I had to pay for multiple devices, which I’ve never encountered at other hotels. Plus, only getting one key card for a room meant I had to pay an extra $5 for another. That seemed a bit odd, especially for three guests in one room.

I discovered some amazing local eats! White Duck Taco Shop had bomb shabu shabu, and Southern Craft BBQ is a must-try for all BBQ lovers. The building outside is really nice too. The beds were comfy, and I loved having a full-size fridge and stove. Easy peasy for a family stay!
Now, here’s the tea—Mrs. Moore didn’t exactly win the hospitality award. I struggled without hot water for days and she didn’t wanna budge when I mentioned double charges. Talk about a little drama! Still, the location served up some tasty meals so I’ll remember it for that.

good for a short stay
The Double Room with Two Double Beds was comfy with a nice air conditioning unit. Had a microwave and fridge, which were super handy. Clean bathroom with the essentials. A TV for entertainment. Great location too, especially for graduation at ETSU nearby. Would recommend it for a quick family trip!

Had an unexpected but cozy stay after a long drive, and the bed was surprisingly comfy. The pool area was a nice touch for unwinding after our travels. Just a minor hiccup with the Wi-Fi being a bit slow. overall, we enjoyed our time! 😊

decent stay but could improve amenities
The kitchenette in the room was a great feature, allowing for convenient meal preparation. The staff member Cali went out of her way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
A few amenities were underwhelming considering the price.

A Nightmare Stay – Avoid at All Costs!
I prepaid for a single room, but they charged me for two. Attempts to resolve this were met with rudeness and a hung-up call. I can't recommend staying here.
